Fresh Voices Book Group: Undivided: The Quest for Racial Solidarity in an American Church by Hahrie Han
Westwood Public Library

Tuesday, Mar. 18, 7:00pm-8:00pm

Undivided tells the inspiring story of a white evangelical megachurch in Cincinnati, where Pastor Chuck Mingo launched a program called Undivided to foster racial justice and systemic change. Political scientist Hahrie Han follows four participants—two Black and two white—as they navigate the transformative journey of understanding one another, showing how faith-based efforts can bridge racial divides in a deeply divided America.

The Fresh Voices Book Group aims to read books by new voices—debut authors with fresh perspectives. Though all are welcome to join, this book group is aimed at readers in their early twenties to thirties.
Copies of the book can be found at the Library a month prior to each discussion.  Please note that some titles are also available as downloadable ebooks and eaudio books
