Join Rachel Sims and the Ridgewood community for an afternoon connecting with Mother Nature and our beautiful sacred selves. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to utilize powerful energy healing practices that allows you to center and align your energy centers, tap into your inner flow, and empower the intuitive body.

Due to the heat, please meet us in the Library Auditorium. Wear yoga clothes or loose clothing for movements; a yoga mat or blanket, a bottle of water and (optional) a journal for notes.
