Ridgewood Public Library

Monday, Feb. 1, 7- 8 pm
or call 201-670-5600.
With increased self-sufficiency, teens and young adults often take on caring for their own health, including their mental health. You are also likely the first to notice mental health changes in your friends or peers. After discussing what “mental health” involves, this workshop will take a closer look at mental illness and mental health challenges more commonly experienced in the late teen and early adult years. Strategies for enhancing mental health and seeking assistance for yourself or others will be presented.

Presenter: Jeanne Marron, Ph.D Clinical Specialist and Community Educator, West Bergen Mental Healthcare
Registration required. (Zoom meeting link will be emailed the day of program).
