Join local resident and Sound Practitioner and Reiki Master, Genevieve Deely, as she leads participants through a relaxing, immersive sound bath experience. Genevieve will use the healing sounds of crystal singing bowls to soothe the mind, body and soul. Sound baths are a meditative experience that “baths” those in attendance in soothing sound waves that can help reduce stress and induce sleep, creativity and relaxation.

Participants can be in a seated position or can bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow and lay down on their back.
