Grief is our response to loss. It is normal and healthy and describes the emotions you feel when you lose someone or something important to you.  It could be the death of a loved one, divorce, changes in health, loss of a job, or changes in your way of life.  Grief is different for everyone and there is no timetable.  Within each of us though is the capacity to heal.

The presenter is Robert Rosolanko, Director of Bereavement at the Karen Ann Quinlan Hospice Center. He will discuss the very nature of grief and its scope. The experience of grief is powerful, and so, too is our ability to heal. Learn how.
