Bird Walk
Clinton Community Library

Saturday, May 22, 9:30 AM
Spring bird migration is beginning to move into high gear in May. Our summer residents will be returning to their nesting areas having spent the winter in Florida, the Caribbean, Central America, or even South America. We will search for Eastern Towhees, Yellow Warblers, Common Yellowthroats, Gray Catbirds, Chipping and Field Sparrows, Tree Swallows, and Eastern Bluebirds. The Clinton Nature Trail has grassy paths and the trail in the wetland may be muddy. Be sure to dress appropriately and, as always, protect yourself from ticks. Bring your binoculars if you have them but this is not a requirement. Mask and social distancing guidelines will be followed.
