In need of rest and relaxation? Join us at Lansingburgh for an afternoon of mindfulness! Teens can come and  Zentangle while eating snacks, watching a movie, or just hanging out! *Zentangle is a method of drawing that can also be used as a tool for mindfulness and relaxation* No registration required. Ages 13-18.
