This low-impact chair exercise program uses a variety of videos and works on strength, flexibility, and balance. Exercises can be performed with or without weights and resistance bands.
Please bring a water bottle and light resistance bands or weights if you wish to use them. Each participant will need to sign a one-time health waiver form at their first class.
