What's all the Buzz! This program features live bees!
Would you like to view actual busy bees at work in a hive? Join us for this informative, engaging program with Beekeeper Cathy Wolko of The Humble Bee Honey Company. Did you know that we depend on honey bees for at least one third of the food that we eat everyday?  Cathy will educate us about the importance of protecting our pollinators. We'll hear about the plight of the Monarch Butterfly, the honey bee, and the endangered native bumble bees and get excited to do our part to save these fascinating pollinators. Cathy will be bringing her observation hive for viewing- an excellent way to bring the beauty and wonder of a beehive safely to us! Each attendee will receive free donated issues of The American Bee Journal and specially curated recipes.

This program is suitable for ages 18 and up.
