The Hudson Library & Historical Society will host a series of four meditation classes on Wednesday mornings at 10 a.m. from June 23 to July 14. A member of the Center for Health, Happiness and Chan, a local non-religious, non-profit organization, will lead the one-hour classes which will be held in on the lawn just outside the library patio. Learn how to pay more attention to your existence in the present moment and use the breath as the anchor point to calm and balance the mind. No previous experience necessary. Participants must bring their own chair, mat or blanket. Proper social distancing will be required.
