The library will host a live virtual cooking program with Catherine St. John, owner and school director of Western Reserve School of Cooking. In preparation for the holiday season, St. John will demonstrate how to create a charcuterie board and make appetizers, including Mushroom Puff Pastry Pinwheels, Trio of Roasted Pepper Crostini with Balsamic Glaze, and Roasted Shrimp Cocktail with sauce.  

St. John, a graduate of the Tante Marie’s School of Cooking, has worked in the culinary field for over 30 years as an Executive Chef, teacher, caterer, consultant and personal chef. She has taught at WRSOC for 25 years. She is the co-author of the WRSOC cookbook Famous Chefs & Fabulous Recipes: Lessons Learned at one of the Oldest Cooking Schools in America

This program will be recorded and available on the library’s Facebook and YouTube pages. Registration is required and a valid email must be provided at time of registration.
