Join us for this 6-week introductory series! The Pilates Matwork is an incredible series of full-body exercises- each one providing “stretch with strength and control”.  Pilates is known to strengthen the core muscles and the back, stretch the whole body out, and help each student develop spinal flexibility. The benefits of a steady pilates practice are countless! Many people find that it helps them get more out of other activities they enjoy taking part in, such as golf, pickleball, tennis, and walking. Pilates is also known to be great way to build core strength so that it’s easier to take care of young children, garden, and endure the stresses of travel.

This pilates mat class is open level, and anyone without an acute or current injury can join the class. Participants will need to bring their own mats. Magic Circles and light hand weights will be provided. $10 optional donation. You must sign up for each session separately!
