Who are you? That sounds like a simple question and yet, it’s hard to answer, isn’t it? Most adults can’t answer it, either. It is possible to figure it out, though, and journaling is a really helpful tool to help you with that journey. Sometimes, it’s hard to write your heart out, to figure out what you’re feeling, what you really want, who brings you joy or makes you feel safe. We're here to help!
