Myth Busting: Defini
Myth Busting: Definitions, Demographics, and Housing Statistics
Parish Hall, Church of the Messiah

Sunday, Apr. 7, 4pm
In our first session, we’ll lay out facts—things like housing stock, demographics, median rental and home prices, growth rate, and comparable communities. We’ll zoom out to a wider conversation about Dutchess County and the region other communities, but root the discussion in Rhinebeck’s unique situation, with this question in mind: Addressing both the Town and the Village, what does Rhinebeck risk if it doesn’t find a way to provide housing for a wider population? Speaker: Adam Bosch, President/CEO, Hudson Valley Pattern for Progress.

Part of the Affordable Housing conversation series How Do We House Rhinebeck? The Past, Present, and Future of Our Community. Each session will begin at 4pm and be followed by a 5:30pm potluck supper. Registration for each session is encouraged, but not required.
Sponsored by the Episcopal Church of the Messiah, in collaboration with Starr Library and other members of the community. Funded through a grant from the Episcopal Diocese of New York.
