We’ll zoom out to a wider conversation about Dutchess County and the region other communities, but root the discussion in Rhinebeck’s unique situation, with this question in mind: Addressing both the Town and the Village, what does Rhinebeck risk if it doesn’t find a way to provide housing for a wider population? Speaker: Adam Bosch, President/CEO, Hudson Valley Pattern for Progress.
