Please join us in reading, cooking from and gathering around Samin Nosrat's Salt, Fat, Acid Heat : Mastering the Elements of Good Cooking. 

Copies are available to order or come into the library and we will place the hold for you. Registrants will be emailed a week ahead of our meeting so that we may coordinate what dishes everyone would like to bring and so that we may avoid duplication. Please bring whatever serving utensils your dish requires.  All dishware, cutlery, cups and beverages will be supplied by Starr. Hope to see you there! Cheers!
