Come make paper fans and/or umbrellas for your home decorations this spring at the Cesar Chavez Central Library on Friday 4/12/2019 at 3:30 PM. Supplies and light refreshment will be provided. Anyone ages 10 to 18 is invited. Registration is not required. A FREE public parking lot is located across from the library at the corner of Oak and Center Street.
