Join volunteer instructor Catrina Ledoux for gentle chair yoga followed by guided meditation. It's a great way to relieve stress and improve flexibility. Dress comfortably. Masks are preferred. The class is free, but it is acceptable to make a small donation to the volunteer instructor if you desire. Recordings of previous classes are also available on the library YouTube channel.

Please note: as of February 2024, Chair Yoga and meditation will meet on Tuesdays at 2:15PM.
