Empower yourself with a new sense of awareness and confidence through RAD women ,a national self-defense course for women Learn to be more aware of potential danger and how to protect yourself through this basic self-defense course. This 12 hour multi-session ,activity-based program includes lectures, safety drills muscles memory work, and physical defense techniques. This basic course is designed for every women regardless of physical fitness and age. Dress in sneakers and comfortable clothing .No prior experience necessary.
