Yoga and Journaling for Tweens *Registration Required (Ages 8-11)

In this class, you will learn poses, breathwork and relaxation techniques to can use when you need help calming the mind and body and help to settle big emotions. You will also get to practice partner and group poses to promote teamwork and togetherness and learn about supporting each other. The journaling portion of the class includes writing prompts that encourage you to explore your relationship with yourself and reflect on feelings. Each participant will receive a journal to use during class and take home with them.
