STEAM* Activity: Ice Cream in a Bag @ Patterson

Looking for a fun way to beat the heat and learn a little about chemistry? Join us at the Patterson Library to celebrate National Ice Cream Month and make your very own ice cream in a bag! You'll first observe how the interaction of ice and salt causes the temperature of the ice to drop, then enjoy your tasty creation.
Supplies are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. This program is designed for all ages.
This event will be held outside on the library's back patio.
