Beginner Robotics with MoChiMu at the McHenry Museum
On-the-Go Modesto

What is a robot? How does it work? Join our friends from the Modesto Children's Museum (MoChiMu) to find out! In this incredible introductory workshop, we’ll explore energy, circuitry, and the “language” robots speak: programming. Then, you’ll take control of your own hand-held Bee-Bot and test out MoChiMu’s customized, cross-curricular challenges: write a fairy tale and bring it to life through programming, pilot your Bee-Bot between flowers to pollinate them, practice your spelling words on the Alphabet Mat, and so much more! Best for learners in grades 1 to 4.
Space is limited and registration is required. Please register each child who will be participating individually.
