Presented by Amy Rutledge. About Amy: She is certified from the Nalanda Institute for Contemplative Sciences in NYC for Mindfulness and Loving-Kindness. Amy is also a certified Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping) practitioner, Certified Breathwork Facilitator, Sound Bath Healing Facilitator, and Reiki practitioner as well as an actor and artist. She currently resides in Los Angeles and teaches virtually all over the country.
