Each week, we’ll dive into a new era—from the mysterious symbols of ancient Egypt to the bold colors of Pop Art—and create artwork inspired by the time. From skillful forgeries to famous art heists, we’ll uncover the most convincing copies, the greatest art scams, and the blurred line between imitation and innovation. Will you be able to tell which works are real and which are frauds?

Camp NaNoWriMo gives you the flexibility to set your own word-count goal and write whatever inspires you—whether it’s a novel, short stories, poetry, or something entirely unique. Our discussion was rained out by a thunderstorm in June so we will have a special walk in July.
Our walking book discussion meets at Nepaug Reservoir at the Route 202 gate to walk together and discuss our latest read. You can join us by registering if you have not yet attended the group. We will then put you on our mailing list if you enjoy this monthly walk and discussion. Use the registration link or you may email Beth Van Ness if you have questions or comments. People have started to go missing in the kingdom of Aesousal, disappearing in the middle of the night. Mysterious strangers are also beginning to pop up, spewing prophesies about the revival of an elder god. Will you be able to find the missing people, or will they fall victim to a gruesome fate?
This campaign is for children in grades 5-8. All player levels are welcome. Registration is required. Space is limited to 6 participants. We ask that you be available for the entire week-long campaign. Characters will be created on day 1 of the campaign, starting at level 5.

Endless storms plague the planet. One town, isolated from the rest, is safe from the lightning that falls like heavy snow- within it, a solitary tree provides salvation. You arrive here to save yourself from the apocalypse- to give yourself a few more days of life. Instead, you find an answer.
This campaign is for folks in high school, including those who are becoming freshmen next year or those who just left as seniors!
