Author and photographer Kevin Woyce explores the 100-year history of Mount Rushmore National Memorial with original photography and vintage images. Discover how the monument was carved from the Black Hills granite and meet its creator--sculptor Gutzon Borglum--and its influential supporters, including South Dakota governor and US Senator Peter Norbeck, historian Doane Robinson, and presidents Calvin Coolidge and Franklin Roosevelt.

The program also includes visits to nearby attractions including Custer State Park, Needles Highway, and the Crazy Horse Memorial.
