Day/Date: Wednesday, April 16, 2025 *Please register your child for ONE time slot
Location: Huntington Branch Library
Children ages 3 years old and up are welcome to bring their favorite teddy bear or stuffed animal to the Huntington Branch Library for a "check-up" by staff from the Naugatuck Valley Health District. Each child will have a 10 minute appointment where they can bring their stuffed animals, for a "check-up" and learn about health and wellness in a friendly environment. The Teddy Bear Clinic is designed to help children understand basic health concepts while engaging in hands-on activities with their stuffed animals.
In addition to the "check-ups", there will be craft stations set up. At the end of their appointment, children and their caregivers are welcome to stay and make some special crafts.
