David Eichelberg, Outreach and Traditional Specialist from the Tantaquidgeon Museum located in Uncasville, CT will be at Warehouse Point Library on Saturday, February 15 at 1 p.m. to offer us an intriguing educational program on the history of Connecticut’s Mohegan tribe. He will share insights into the Mohegan culture, beliefs and traditions over the last 400 years since the beginning in the 1630’s. Through storytelling, dance and drum demonstrations, as well as a display of artifacts Mr. Eichelberg will bring his tribe’s history to life.
