TIL - Discover Your Past: Searching for Canada’s Early Black Settlers
Tuesday, Feb. 18, 1:30pm
Interested in learning new ways to research your family's history? Join us for our monthly Discover Your Past program, which covers different topics, skills, and resources related to local history and family tree research.
February's session (February 18th at 1:30pm) will cover the general history of Black settlement in early Canada and discuss (and demonstrate) some of the most useful online research resources. Join us either in person at the Tillsonburg Library or remotely via Zoom. No registration is required. (The Zoom link will be posted here on the day of the session. It is also sent to members of the Discover Your Past email list.) Note that for privacy reasons these sessions are not recorded.
If you have any questions, or would like to be added to the Discover Your Past mailing list, please call the library at 519-842-5571 or email Matt at mgriffis@ocl.net.
