Family & Friends CPR Class
Saturday, Jan. 18, 1:00 - 3:30 p.m.
Learn the life-saving skill of CPR in this hands-on Family & Friends CPR class! Designed for those who want to gain confidence in responding to cardiac emergencies, this course will teach you the basics of performing CPR on adults, children, and infants, as well as how to assist someone who is choking.
There is no minimum age requirement for learning CPR. The ability to perform CPR is based more on body strength than age. Studies have shown that children as young as nine years old can learn and retain CPR skills.
Please note: The Family & Friends CPR course is intended for people who want to learn CPR but do not need a course completion card for a job or other requirements. If you require a course completion card, please contact Jennifer Peabody at j.rb.peabody[at]gmail.com or 781-775-9140 to explore other options.
Registration is required as space is limited.
