Join Ms. Krista Boyer from "Krista's Kids Yoga" as she shares an engaging book, music and teaches beginner yoga to our youngest library visitors & their caregivers too. No previous yoga experience is needed. Both child and caregiver will be participating in this early learning yoga program. Please wear comfortable clothing & bring a yoga mat & water.
