Join Windsor Locks native Phil Devlin for the inspiring story of a Connecticut town’s sacrifice and deep commitment in both World Wars of the 20th Century. This presentation is based on Phil's soon-to-be published book "WINDSOR LOCKS DURING THE WORLD WARS: The Inspiring Story of a Connecticut Town’s Sacrifice and Deep Commitment in both World Wars of the 20th Century", with articles, photos, and firsthand accounts of both World Wars. Phil details the incredible achievements of the town’s military personnel in both wars as well as the simply remarkable support of the townspeople in Windsor Locks. Copies of the book will be (optionally) available for purchase.
