Join Ms. Krista Boyer from "Krista's Kids Yoga" as she shares an engaging book, music and teaches beginner yoga to our youngest library visitors & their caregivers too. No previous yoga experience is needed. Both child and caregiver will be expected to participate in this early learning yoga program. Please wear comfortable clothing & bring a yoga mat & water.
Registration is required for each child participating and begins on Tuesday, 10/29 at noon. Register through FB: Miss Maura's Programs or by calling 203-924-1580 ext. 5108.
