Whether you are considering retirement in the near future, or just started saving for it, join the Essex Library for a virtual talk on retirement planning with Kristin Green, financial advisor, Essex Financial Services. Green will discuss certain financial strategies that lead to success in funding retirement. She’ll also answer common questions related to the timing of when to start saving, how much money is needed to retire based on certain goals, what percent of total assets it’s appropriate to withdraw from retirement accounts each year, and much more. This program is FREE and open to the public. 

About Kristin E. Green, AIF®, CRPC®:

Kristin is a Financial Advisor with over 20 years of experience in the finance industry. Kristin joined Essex Financial in March 2014 working closely with James Sullivan and the Retirement Plan Services team in assisting business clients with management of their employer sponsored retirement plans while also offering personal financial planning to all employees who participate. Kristin offers comprehensive financial planning to individual clients and acting as a fiduciary, assists retirement plan clients through their transition into retirement. Kristin also focuses on planning for women and millennial investors.

Kristin earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) Designation from the Center for Fiduciary Studies and the Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM (CRPC®) from the College of Financial Planning. She currently holds her 65 securities license as well as the State of Connecticut Life Insurance and Variable Contracts Licenses.
