Healthy Bones is a 24-week exercise and education program for older women and men at risk for, or who have osteoporosis. The program includes exercises that target the body’s larger muscle groups to improve strength, balance and flexibility.
This very popular class is starting a new session on Tuesday, 9/10 and has 5 open slots! Are you at risk for osteoporosis? Do you want to learn how to exercise to build strength and avoid falls? The first 2 sessions are the most important - an introduction and one-on-one learning of the exercises designed to help you build muscle strength. You must register first to attend and be contacted by a Healthy Bones leader.
