Join Jenny Boeckel, from Rose & Fig, as she guides you through assembling your very own charcuterie board!
Participants will learn how to build an aesthetic presentation through a selection of meats, cheeses, fruits, nuts and other accompaniments. Learn how to make a salami rose, salami river, cutting & styling techniques for your cheeses, and how to present fruits and accompaniments with style.
Registration Required! One Board Per Household!
Please Note - Priority is given to Mendham Township Residents.
Registration for Mendham Township Residents will open Monday, October 28th.
Registration for Non-Residents will open Monday, November 18th.
