Join Randy from Inner Dragon Martial Arts for a beginner-friendly lesson in Tai Chi on the library lawn!

Sometimes called "meditation in motion," Tai Chi began as an ancient Chinese martial art, but is now often practiced to encourage flexibility, fluidity of motion, and mindfulness.  Whether you're looking to dip your toe into martial arts, improve your health, or just shake up your exercise routine, come see what Tai Chi has to offer.

In the event of poor weather we will still meet at the library but hold the session indoors.
