September is National Yoga Month! Practicing yoga increases flexibility, builds strength, improves posture, keeps joints healthy, reduces stress and lowers blood pressure. Join us at the Library for a gentle yoga class led by staff at Penn Medicine Princeton Health. Bring a yoga mat or towel. Adults only. Registration is required.
