Join volunteer instructor Catrina Ledoux for gentle chair yoga followed by guided meditation. It's a great way to relieve stress and improve flexibility. Dress comfortably! This class is free, but it is acceptable to make a donation of $5-10 to the volunteer instructor if you desire.
Recordings of previous classes are also available on the library YouTube channel.This program is open to all adult patrons, no previous yoga experience required!
