Delivered in simple, easy to understand language, our monthly, one-hour Tech Discovery Workshops are designed to help community members increase their skills and knowledge in information technology. These workshops are held in the Program Room of the Tillsonburg Library and will appeal to community members that prefer in person learning.

October's workshop shows library patrons how to use "Universal Class", an online course service available to OCL patrons free with an active library card. Want to learn a new skill or hobby? Universal Class has much to offer you! This workshop will show you how to sign up for the service using your OCL card, how explore course availability and choose courses, how to complete courses and get feedback from instructors, and more. Bring your laptop or mobile device along if you wish or just watch and listen.

Note: To better accommodate patrons, each monthly Tech Discovery Workshop will be offered twice on the same day: one afternoon session and one evening session. This month's workshop is scheduled for Tuesday, October 17th, from 1:30pm to 2:30pm and also from 6:30pm to 7:30pm. Attend whichever session best fits your schedule! (No registration is required for either session.)
