Bring in any clean, gently used kids costume to the Chavez Library from September 11 through 29 and receive a voucher to return on September 30 to shop for a "new-to-you" costume.*

Following the official "swap" time, there will be an "open giveaway" where costumes may be available to choose with no voucher required.
