Wildflower Seed Ball
Wildflower Seed Ball Class

Wednesday, Aug. 9, 3pm to 4pm
Join local urban gardener and ecological educator Richard Daley for this fun workshop for kids ages 4-12.

Join us for a fun outdoor workshop for kids! We will be making Native wildflower seed balls! The kiddos (and parents) will learn about all the interesting insects and bugs that find their way into the wildflower patches, and all about seed germination, flower pollination, and other awesome things that happen in the natural world when we help Mother Nature by sewing seeds that make her job easier! Come have fun!

Recommended ages 4+ but we think a 3 year old could still have fun with parental help! Please bring a blanket since we will be setup outdoors.

About The Instructor: Richard Daley is an ecological educator who specializes in gardening and agricultural education. He has worked with students from various community organizations, in both public and private schools, and with kids of all ages.

No registration necessary.
