Calendar of Events

HEAP assists income-eligible households with paying their energy bill or heating fuel provider. HEAP will be at the Georgetown Library the 2nd Friday of each month, 10:30 to 2:30. In order to apply you will need to complete your application, provide copies of energy bills (PG&E, Propane), Proof of income for all adults, Proof of Citizenship (Birth Certificate, Passport) for applicant and any family members age 5 & under.
