Library Events

This storytime is for our youngest patrons. Join us to read stories, sing songs, play games, and make crafts. All ages are welcome however all activities will be geared towards our youngest patrons. No registration required but preferred.

Stop by the library to play and meet other caregivers. There are special toys we put out just for this age group.No registration required. Everyone is welcome.  

Join us to learn basic English for non-native speakers. This is a great way to brush up on your English in a small group setting. No registration required. Open to everyone.

Fridays are for crafting! Stop by the Library and grab a craft kit. Everything to make the craft is  included in the bag except glue or tape. Please take one per child. All ages are welcome. No registration required.

The Library Board of Trustees meets everyone second Thursday of the month in the Children's Room. This meeting is open to the public. Everyone is welcome.

The Library will be closed in honor of Juneteenth.

 Join us for an adventure in space. We have all the supplies you need to make a constellation in a jar to take a bit of space home with you. Choose from a selection of constellations in the night sky, or make your own design. Open to ages 8-12. No registration required.

Come create your own artwork with Glow in the Dark Paint! Lights will be dimmed for a fun paint class at night! No registration necessary. Adults welcome. Children over the age of 13 welcome with a caregiver.

Join us on Wednesday evening for an adventurous storytime featuring dragons! By the end of the night you’ll have your own dragon egg to take home as a reminder of this adventure.Registration is limited to Keyport Library Card Holders. Please register each child separately.
