Laughter yoga combines laughter and breathing to stimulate the mind and body. It relieves stress, strengthens your immune system, improves circulation, promotes a positive attitude and is lots of fun! Registration required. 

Kids meet with professionally certified physical therapist, Jenna Cotugno of Kessler Rehabilitation Center in this fun and interactive class on how to optimize bone health with proper exercise. (45 mins) 

A volunteer from the Bergen County Senior Services Division will present an overview of Medicare and be available to answer questions after the presentation. 

Each month we will assemble and create a unique craft.  Craft kits will be supplied only to each registered child. (30 mins)
