Stepping On is a seven week workshop  that meets Wednesdays from 1pm- 3pm; April 23rd through June 4th. Learn how to identify fall hazards, get back on your feet if you do, strength and balance exercises, and more.
Pre-registration is required, as spots are limited. Please call your local ADRC to secure your spot by April 11th:
