Get a reading boost this spring with Free Reading Tutoring! Help your student become a proud, confident learner ready to finish the school year strong. We are offering free in-person reading tutoring from a certified teacher and reading specialist. Sign up for a 30-minute session, bring your reading schoolwork with you, and receive one-on-one instruction. Open to any K-12 students needing extra reading support. A parent or caregiver must remain in the library (though not with the reading pair) during the tutoring session. Library patron Julie Forsberg is offering her time and expertise to our community. She is a certified teacher and reading specialist and has been teaching for 16 years.

Did you know board games teach critical thinking, strategic skills, offer social opportunities for participants, keep minds sharp and are just plain fun? Join us on the 3rd Saturday of the month from 11:00 AM- 12:30 AM. Learn a new game or play an old favorite. Our goal is to connect families, teach social skills, learn problem solving skills, and to have fun. A parent or guardian is required to participate with child(ren).
