Join our weight loss support group in a friendly, judgment free setting! Share your successes & failures, or just listen & learn. Special speakers are invited to some of the meetings. On Monday, March 18th, our special guest will be yoga and meditation instructor, Rev. Vivian.  She will speak about mindful eating.
Bouncing Babies - AG

Join us for a storytime program for babies and toddlers 1 to 18 months and their caregivers! Enjoy songs, rhymes, stories, and free play!

Join us on Monday's at 11:00 am for a relaxing yoga and meditation session. Let your problems go for awhile and relax with us. Program to be held at Berkeley College in the Community Room.

Dancercise

Join certified instructor, Karen, as she leads the class doing low-impact dancing. It's a great way to get your exercise in while having fun! Classes will be held every Monday at 6:30 pm. Don't forget to bring your water to stay hydrated! 
ESL/Let’s Talk

This program is for adults that speak a foreign language and would like to brush up on English speaking skills. The program is held the 2nd & 4th Monday of every month.

Gen X & Millenials are welcome to join our newest book discussion group, "OverBOOKED." Copies of the book we are reading are available at the library for checkout. Copies may also be available in eBook or digital download format on Libby or Hoopla.

Join us as we expand our spice palatte! Each month you will receive a new spice and a recipe. On the last Thursday of the month we will meet to discuss your opinion of the spice and what you made containing that spice.  If you choose to you can bring a dish that you have prepared for all to sample.
