Join our wonderful knitting teacher, Margaret for our "Knitting with Neighbors" group.
This friendly group will  meet every other Tuesday.

Join our fitness instructor, Lori for a fitness class - where caregivers get to exercise whilst their babies watch! This class is intended for non-mobile children who can sit in a car carrier or lie on a blanket. 
This class will operate on a donation basis - please consider a donation of up to $5 which will go directly to our instructor. Pay via check/cash or venmo.
Participants will be required to sign a waiver before class starts.

*this class will initially be for three weeks to gauge whether there is enough interest to continue*

Sound Bath

Thursday, May 9, 7pm
Join Sound Practitioner and Reiki Master, Genevieve Deely, as she leads participants through a sound bath experience. Genevieve will use the healing sounds of crystal singing bowls. Sound baths are a meditative experience that “baths” those participating in soothing sound waves that can help reduce stress and induce sleep, creativity and relaxation.

Please bring a blanket, pillow and/or yoga mat to use.

PLEASE NOTE:  Priority is given to Mendham Township Residents.  Registration is currently open to Mendham Township Residents.  Non-resident registration will open Thursday, May 2nd.  

All spots will only be held for 15 minutes once the program has started.
