Join local Chef, Jay Glassberg, as he demonstrates the techniques and skills needed to create a variety of delicious summer salads. Attendees will learn everything from the cooking process to the making of dressing. Recipes will be discussed and all questions will be answered. In addition, participants will get the opportunity to sample Chef Jay’s delicious creations.
Chef Jay has trained with German and French Chefs after graduating culinary school. He soon found himself a private chef for such people as Jack Welch and companies as Goldman Sachs. He currently is a member of The American Culinary Federation and works closely with local farms.
Registration for Mendham Township Residents will open Wednesday, July 3rd.
Registration for Non-Residents will open Tuesday, July 30th.
