Create Better Health
Tuesday, Jul. 30, 6:00-7:30 PM
Welcome to "Create Better Health," the ultimate class for adults looking to transform their lives through mindful eating and active living without breaking the bank! In this 8-week course, you'll embark on a journey to discover how easy, affordable, and delicious healthy eating can be, alongside integrating practical, enjoyable physical activities into your daily routine. Our expert instructor is Janet Moody from the University of Illinois Extension; she's passionate about wellness and will guide you through the essentials of nutrition, budget-friendly meal planning, fuss-free cooking techniques that maximize flavor, and easy ways to stay active!

You'll learn to prepare a different meal each week by watching and participating! That's right - we'll be preparing and sampling food each week!

Register once, and you'll be signed up for all 8 classes. Each class builds upon the last, so we hope you can attend all of them. Seating is very limited, so please only register if you can commit to all the dates or only need to miss one.

Each registered participant may bring ONE guest to class. Due to space limitations, guests won't have front-row seating during the cooking demonstrations, but they will receive all the instructions and handouts and be able to taste-test!
