Zoom online meeting
Wednesday, Aug. 5, 4:30 - 5:30 p.m

Logic gates are the basic building blocks of circuitry and computer programming and are examples of Boolean operators. Gates like AND, OR, and NOT you might have a good guess at, but do you know what XOR or NAND gates do? Learn some fancy words and tricky concepts the fun way using Minecraft Redstone switches, and we’ll discuss practical applications in your own Minecraft bases! Ages 7-18.

This program is being hosted via Zoom video conferencing. To receive the link to log on, please register and include your email address. The email with the log-in instructions will be sent out approximately 30 minutes before the scheduled meeting start time. The use of Zoom is at your own risk. Aurora Public Library is not liable for damage. If you are under 18, please be sure to have a guardian’s permission to participate in this online program.

Zoom online meeting
Wednesday, Aug. 5, 6 - 7 p.m.

Take a break mid-week and work on a community jigsaw puzzle. We’ll be using the website jigsawpuzzles.io to work on the same puzzle together as a group, plus you can relax and chat with folks over Zoom’s audio chat. It’s a safe way to socialize and decompress!

You'll need a computer or tablet that can load jigsawpuzzles.io in order to participate, as well as a smartphone or a computer with a microphone to use Zoom. This event will be focused on audio interaction, so video is unnecessary and webcams aren't needed.
